The Program

Trusted relationships create the best opportunities.

RNR works closely with professionals across the accounting, legal, finance and investment communities who often have early visibility into succession, growth and capital needs.

The RNR Referral Partner Program gives us a simple way to recognize those trusted introductions. When an introduction creates a meaningful opportunity, RNR takes responsibility for the conversation, buyer matching and transaction process from there.

Where Introductions Begin

You may already be close to a firm owner or buyer before they ever enter the market.

  • Succession: Owner beginning to think about transition

  • Sale / Merger: Firm exploring strategic options

  • Growth Capital: Firm considering an investment partner

  • Acquisition: Buyer looking for its next CPA firm

Benefits

Two ways to introduce. One shared outcome.

Program 01

Introduce a Firm Owner

Know a CPA firm owner exploring what comes next?

Many firm owners begin thinking about succession, a sale, merger or outside investment well before they formally go to market.

A confidential introduction is all that is required. There is no expectation that the firm is actively looking to sell, and the referral partner does not need to manage the process or participate in negotiations.

RNR takes it from there.

Program 02

Introduce a Buyer

Know a group looking to acquire accounting firms?

RNR works with CPA firms, strategic acquirers, family offices and investment groups looking to grow through acquisition.

02

Existing Relationships

If the firm or buyer is already actively engaged with RNR, we’ll let you know when the introduction is made.

03

Paid When RNR Is Paid

Referral amounts are paid once the corresponding fee has been received by RNR.

04

No Transaction Responsibility

Referral partners are not expected to negotiate terms, provide transaction advice or make commitments on RNR’s behalf.
